Beth Davis

Associate General Counsel – Corporate and Securities & Assistant Corporate Secretary

Beth joined Brink’s in April 2021 as Corporate Counsel and was appointed as Associate General Counsel – Corporate and Securities in September 2024. She is the primary legal support for the Accounting, Investor Relations and Treasury teams, and provides critical support to the Board of Directors and its Committees, regularly preparing materials for and presenting to the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Beth graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Art History and holds an M.A. in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art (London) and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School.

Guillaume Nonain

General Counsel - EMEA & APAC

Guillaume joined Brink’s in 2011 after beginning his legal career first in corporate law firms and then in the automotive industry. Guillaume’s law studies took place in France and in the UK, with a focus on corporate and antitrust law. Guillaume supports all businesses in EMEA and APAC with the relevant legal countries and regional teams and is the Data Protection Officer for the Brink’s Company.

Jennifer Parnell

VP, Global Litigation and Commercial Law

Jennifer joined Brink’s in February 2025. She leads the Global Litigation and Commercial Law function, which manages significant regulatory investigations, enforcement and litigation matters involving Brink’s business units worldwide, and provides strategic legal guidance on commercial transactions, contracts and business operations across the Brink’s global footprint. Jennifer has extensive experience in financial services litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement matters as well as commercial disputes. Prior to joining Brink’s, she was a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase. In her time at the bank she was part of the Home Lending Litigation group and later the Government Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement team. Before that, Jennifer was a partner at Locke Lord LLP (now Troutman Pepper Locke) representing corporate and banking clients in all manner of litigation, including contract disputes and consumer protection matters. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.

Jorge Zemborain

General Counsel - Latin America, Intellectual Property

Jorge joined Brink's in April 2010 and serves as General Counsel for the LATAM Legal team. Jorge became qualified to practice law in 1995 and, before moving to the US, worked as outside counsel in litigation, contracts, corporate and M&A. This is his third position as in-house regional counsel in a US company.  In addition to Jorge's responsibilities related to Latin America, he works as global intellectual property counsel advising on copyright, trademarks, trade secrets and patents.  

 

Kristina Keller

Senior Director - Legal Operations & ERM

Kristina joined Brink’s in June 2019, reporting to the General Counsel. She is responsible for leading and managing the non-legal operational aspects of the legal function with a particular focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. She also manages the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program for Brink's. She holds an MBA in information systems management and a BBA in marketing from Baylor University. Kristina spent 12 years in IT management before moving into the legal/compliance space in 2007. Prior to Brinks she worked at CEVA Logistics, Deloitte Consulting and COMPAQ (HP). Kristina is on the Patient and Family Advisory Council at Texas Children’s Hospital.

Ute Quinn

SVP & General Counsel, North America

Ute is a strategic legal business partner with significant experience advising companies in the areas of complex commercial transactions, conflict resolution, and risk, regulatory and compliance, most recently as Group General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer for DNO ASA in Oslo, Norway. Prior to that, Ute was the EMEA Regional Head of Legal and Associate General Counsel, Exploration and Production at Hess Corporation in London and Houston and previously served in global executive roles of increasing responsibility at Royal Dutch Shell.   Ute received her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.
