The Ethics & Compliance Group is dedicated to helping our leaders foster a culture of Integrity across the entire Brink’s organization.  Our success in business - and even our success in our other core values - is undermined if we fail to live the value of Integrity on a daily basis.  When we fulfill the value of Integrity, we unite all of our core values under the proud Brink’s banner.

In addition to promoting a culture of Integrity, the Ethics & Compliance Group is responsible for managing regulatory risk and helping advance the company’s strategic goals in accordance with all applicable laws and our Code of Ethics.  The Code of Ethics in turn is organized around the simple principle of Respect – Respect for one another, for our company, for our customers and for our communities.
