Learn Once Globally - Case Studies

Welcome to the Learn Once, Globally Case Studies page!

Learn Once, Globally is a program designed to help Brink's finance leaders worldwide, especially new CFOs and Controllers, quickly get up to speed on issues that have been faced and resolved in the past.  This site contains case studies and other information designed to teach all Brink's finance organization leaders some of the lessons that have been learned by their peers.  Please return to the site periodically to see what has been added that may have relevance to your organization, and please consider contributing ideas and case studies to the library.  We hope that you and your team will learn from the program!

How to Contribute

This site will house final, published materials.  We would like our finance leaders to submit case studies on events or issues they have faced in the past, detailing how these events were resolved.  We will review with your regional office and then publish the final case study.
To submit ideas for a new case study, please email Jackie Galiano (jgaliano@brinkscompany.com) for consideration to add to this site.  

Presentations 

In accordance with our goal to increase communication and training to the regions and countries, we will be holding quarterly (or as needed) webcasts to discuss recently issued Learn Once, Globally case studies.  These webcasts will be held only once a quarter but will be recorded and placed on this site for replay for those who could not attend the call.  The timing for the webcasts will be adjusted each quarter so that all regions have the opportunity to join at least one webcast during the year at a time that is convenient for them.  The webcasts that are currently available for replay are below.
