Tracy was named Program Lead Global Sustainability in February 2021.  She joined Brink’s in 2006 in Investor Relations.  Since joining Brink’s, Tracy has had positions in corporate communications, brand development and Administrator for the Global Finance Team. Tracy has played a key role in the project that led to the development of the Global Sustainability Team and establishing the data collection and validation of Brink’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in 30 countries as of 2024.  Tracy holds certification from NYU Stern in Corporate Sustainability. 

Calvin joined Brink's in 2018 as an IT Auditor and transitioned to the ESG Team in 2021. Originally from the United Kingdom, Calvin is now based in Paris and has a degree in Modern Languages with Information Technology. He qualified as an Information Systems Auditor in 2013 and successfully completed studies in Business and Climate Change Towards Net Zero Emissions at Cambridge University in 2022. ​

Since joining the ESG/Sustainability Team as a Supervisor, Calvin has helped onboard 32 countries to date, collecting, reviewing and helping to report their Sustainability Data at a corporate level. Calvin is jointly responsible for the collection of data from all EMEA and APAC as well as responsible for the ESG systems used within Brink's. ​

Prior to joining Brink's, Calvin worked in several Blue-chip companies including IBM & NSG Group, managing & transitioning IT Support before moving into an IT Audit role at NSG Group and WPP. ​

Marysol joined Brink's in 2013 as the System's Administrator and Data Analyst for the Incident Reporting System used by Global Security. Transitioned to Internal Audit as an Operational Auditor, with special skill set in Security and Safety. Originally from New York, Marysol is now based in Richmond, Virginia and has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. She also is certified as a Safety Professional from The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). ​

Since joining the ESG/Sustainability Team as a Sr. Data Analyst, Marysol has helped onboard 5 countries to date, collecting, reviewing and helping to report their Sustainability Data at a corporate level. Marysol is responsible for the collection of data from in-scope LATAM countries as well as assisting in the creation of policies and standard work instructions for the ESG department. ​

Prior to joining Brink's, Marysol worked at Philip Morris USA as the Payroll/Production Coordinator, responsible for payroll export, managing records and participating in the annual Quality and Environmental audits.​

Mike joined Brinks in November 2022 as the ESG Internal Control Manager.  Prior to joining Brinks, Mike has over 20 plus years experience in financial, operational and IT auditing, risk assessment, internal controls, and fraud.  Mike’s experience has not only been in the US but also performed these duties in over 20 countries worldwide. Additionally, Mike has helped establish three Internal Audit/Internal Control departments for Fortune 500 international companies.  Mike plays a key role in developing ESG internal controls, reviewing ESG calculations and report prior to submission.  Mike  graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and has obtained the CIA, CFE and CRMA certifications.
